Gran Menzione diplom by Vinitaly for Kalé 2005
Monovarietal Nero d’Avola, Kalé arises from the will and the enthusiasm of two young Sicilian businessmen, who founded the wine house Mokarta. The wine is deeply ruby red coloured. The olfactory language reveals intense and persistent ripen soft fruits inklings and a slight spices background offering pleasantness suggestions. It’s soft, warm, slightly tannic by palate revealing this way its vigorous and wrapping nature.
